Want to help improve the world and have fun while you learn about science?
Want to compete for $425,000 in college scholarships & prizes?
Each year, thousands of Massachusetts high school and middle school students work on Science Fair projects that explore ways to improve the planet and everyday life! Through a science fair program at your school, you can follow your natural curiosity about the world and explore “real world” science and engineering problems that really interest you. Whether you work at school, home or in a research lab, your work can make a difference!
How can I enter the statewide Science & Engineering Fair?
Students in grades 6-12 from all Massachusetts public, private and parochial schools as well as home-schooled students are eligible to enter through their schools. Last year over 600 students presented awe-inspiring projects, qualifying for over $450,000 in scholarships and prizes at the high school level.
There are separate divisions for middle school and high school students.
