About PCS

PCS is a hands-on course that helps teachers learn how to use projects effectively over multiple class periods as a strategy for teaching science concepts and skills.   PCS enables science teachers to develop effective project-based units for targeted science concepts, and also provides an introduction to guiding students who work on independent research projects.

Fees, Credits and More

Registration Fee: $25
PCS Tuition & Course Materials: $525. A limited number of partial and full tuition scholarships available.
Graduate Credit: 2 credits.  Enroll to earn 2 graduate credits at additional cost of $200.  
PDPs: Yes, provided at no cost.
